Why did you start looking at MIS systems?
"We had heard of some MIS systems, but most of these were very expensive. We knew we had to do something as information was hard to manage - looking up old quotes was a nightmare, tracking old job sheets manually was very labour intensive.... these issues delayed quotations & I believe affected sales"

Why did you ultimately decide to choose Accura?
"As soon as I was shown what Accura could do I was sold. At the time it still seemed a lot of money to us (a small print company) but at the same time was value for money compared to other similar products... also cheaper than employing extra admin staff. Accura did all we required and much more, with information at our fingertips"
What effect has installing Accura had on your business?
"Once the Accura training was completed within a day or so we found quoting jobs was effortless... we were also confident that jobs were costed very accurately & we could manage our profit margins" |
