Accura Training Courses

We provide a range of structured Accura Training Courses as well as tailoring training to your needs. Training is undertaken by the Account Manager for your geographical area, and can either take place at your premises or at our dedicated training facility in Chandlers Ford. Training courses are usually included in the cost or quoted with the purchase of the Accura system or add-on modules, however additional training can be purchased at any time

Introductory Training (minimum 2 days)

This course provides an overview of what Accura does and how it works, and covers the Accura Core Modules in detail - Estimating, Order Processing, Sales Invoicing and Purchase Ordering (if ordered). Basic configuration and maintenance of the Accura software is also covered

Job Costing Training (suggested 1 day)

Covering the concepts and usage of the Job Costing Module in detail, and how to use it to analyse and improve the profitability and efficiency of your business

Stock Control Training (suggested 1 day)

Covering the setting up and usage of the Stock Control system in detail, and how it interfaces with the other Accura modules

CRM (Client Relationship Management) Training (suggested 1 day)

This course focuses on our new Accura CRM module, providing an overview of activity logging, appointments and sales opportunity and campaign management

Refresher or Tailored Training

As the Accura system grows in features, and your business grows and staff members change, it is often wise to invest in further training for new staff, or existing users of Accura to ensure you are using the system correctly to its full potential, and to effectively manage your business. Your account manager can discuss the needs of your business, and tailor your training topics appropriately
