We are very pleased to announce the completion of our first installation of Accura in the USA, at C&D Printing in Denver, Colorado.

One of our senior trainers, Ivan Buck has just completed training and implementation of a 7 user Core module system with Purchase Ordering, Job Costing, CRM and the AccuraOnline e-commerce module. Accura managed to win over some stiff competition from EFi Pace and Printsmith, and has replaced the incumbent Franklin Estimating system.

C&D is a family run general commercial sheet fed litho, screen, and digital printer based in Denver, Colorado. The system was sold by Spicers Paper, and Pre-media Sales Specialist Jordan Melick for UpLinX, the pre-media division of PaperlinX, who are our partners in North America.

We are very pleased to announce that we are commencing on a series of "Client Forum" sessions to be held in local business centres around the UK. These are for invited client guests only and will enable us to meet, talk, and exchange ideas in informal surroundings, away from the "hustle-and-bustle" of daily life. If you have feature requests or ideas, or you've wondered what direction we;re headed in the future this is where you need to be.

The forums, as the name suggests are designed to give our clients a "voice", not be a sales presentation. Topics will vary but will include the notable features from the latest version of Accura, how to get the most from Accura for your business, along with discussions about hot topics like CRM and "E-commerce/Web-2-print".

Some of our training, support and account management team will be on hand to answer questions or provide brief training on demonstration systems.

We are pleased to announce the recent appointment of Ideal Solution as main distributor for the Accura product range across Australia. Ideal, who are based in Castle Hill near Sydney have a long history of providing pre-press solutions to the printing industry. Their areas of expertise include resellers and VARs for Apple Macintosh equipment, colour management and workflow software,as well as being a distributor for Kodak solutions.

Whilst initially there is an existing client-base to service, Ideal have already converted orders for several new sales prospects, which will be installed shortly, and have shown their commitment to Accura by signing up for a stand at the Printex 2011 show in Sydney this May.

Accura appoint PaperlinX Group distributors for USA and Canada

We are very pleased to announce confirmation that PaperlinX Group have been appointed distributors for the Accura product range within North America

Accura will be marketed under the umbrella of "UplinX Solutions" - the Paperlinx technical products division, as part of a global move that sees Paperlinx Group diversify into areas such as consumables, equipment, and software solutions

Paperlinx operates in the USA and Canada under the Spicers, Coast Paper, Spicers Paper and Kelly Paper brands, for which it is better known, and likewise in the UK under the Robert Horne, Howard Smith, and PaperCo brand names

The appointment follows our initial contact at the PrintWorld 2008 exhibition in Toronto, Canada and subsequent talks. There has already been a considerable amount of interest shown in the product and new Canadian installations are imminent. Paperlinx Canada will be providing sales, support and training/installation services through their technical services team from their Vaughan headquarters near Toronto
