By visiting our web site, submitting information or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you represent an entity, then "you" also refers to such entity.
What does this privacy policy cover?

This Privacy Policy covers treatment of personally identifiable information ("personal information") that we gather when you are accessing our web site, or in connection with our sponsored events or services. This policy does not apply to processes that Accura do not own or control, or to entities that Accura does not employ or manage.
This policy also covers the information held on your customer databases and information that our staff have access to when working alongside you to carry out our normal business activities in the resolution of IT computer system support queries.
What personal information do Accura collect?
The information we gather from customers enables us to personalise and improve our services.

We will not keep your personal data longer longer than we need to, how long does depend on several factors which includes why we collected it in the first place and how old the data is.

What about cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we may transfer to your computer through your browser to enable our systems to recognise your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. Accura cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine the general information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us who you are or what your screen name or e-mail address is.

Data held Electronically

Our Servers have safeguards such as firewalls and anti-virus protection. The Accura database is stored on your individual servers so you will need to ensure that they are adequately protected.

AccuraMIS webpage holds no customer data
Xero Accounting have confirmed that they are compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)

AccuraOnline uses http and xml (soap) requests accessing web services on the Accura Online servers. Servers run a Webmon service running under its own windows user account with restricted access so it cannot be hacked to do damage. The database is not exposed and no special ports need opening. It is secured by username/password login and unique API Token. If the API token does not match at both ends then any requests are not authenticated.
Whilst we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you transfer over the internet to us.
Access to your customer information
During the course of our normal business we may have, or be provided with, access your customer information or data bases for the resolution of IT computer system support queries.
We are registered with the ICO (information Commissioner's Office) under registration number z8930963 and our staff are bound by the GDPR legislation.
Will Accura share any of the personal information it receives?
