No, Accura is licensed on a "perpetual license" basis - that means you buy the software license and can run it indefinitely without annual license fees or further payments. SaaS solutions may seem cheap, but amortised over the year you will have the system they work out much more costly - they also "lock you in" to the MIS vendor as when you cease paying you will lose use of the software and your data.
